Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You can book directly with M.O. Therapy without a referral in Ontario. Some extended health plans ask for a referral before they reimburse, so check your policy if you plan to claim.
Do you direct bill insurance?
Yes. We direct bill most major Canadian extended health insurance providers, so in many cases you only pay any portion your plan doesn’t cover.
Are adjustments the only treatment?
No. Adjustments are one tool. Our chiropractors also use joint mobilization, soft-tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation and, where appropriate, clinical acupuncture.
